In the freshman year at Wentworth Institute of Technology interior and industrial design students, learn how to manipulate forms and volumes to construct three dimensional relationships.  Emphasis is on organizing the axis of the forms or spaces to achieve dynamic and balanced compositions.  In senior studio, students consult with a physical therapist during a semester long research driven project to design health care products for patients with mobility issues, oestioarthritus, hearing loss, memory loss and ADD/ADHD.
